The Constitutional Rights Enforcement & Support Team
(C.R.E.S.T.) is not liable for, nor accepts any responsibility nor blame for members, former members or alleged members of
our organization, who may act outside the law and the rules set forth in the C.R.E.S.T. Charter and Bylaws.
Note: The C.R.E.S.T. is not a single organization but rather an alliance of independent entities united under this single
unifying charter.
Anyone who's actions are contrary to the C.R.E.S.T. Charter & By-laws
is NOT to be considered as representing our peaceful and law abiding organization.
As with many organizations, including the police and US military, there
have been and always will be, those rogue elements who will act on their own for various reasons and purposes.
It will be no different for the C.R.E.S.T. Attempts to discredit us are to be expected.
There will be NWO and other infiltrators who will purposely
act in ways to try to discredit the C.R.E.S.T. and give it a negative image.
Others may attempt use our organizational name as a cover for their own evil
agendas. They should not be considered as members of the C.R.E.S.T.
There will be all kinds of people from
various backgrounds who join the C.R.E.S.T.. Patriotic Citizens, militia members, National Guard, former military and
even Constitutionally minded sheriffs, deputies and police.
Unfortunately there will also be those joining
the C.R.E.S.T who think they are above the law and may take the law in their own hands. That is not acceptable with our organization
and we will aid in their arrest, if possible.
Although
the local C.R.E.S.T. chapters should try to filter any potentially harmful elements from joining their membership, that cannot
be guaranteed.
Anyone may start a local
C.R.E.S.T. chapter with just a few individuals so there is no way of even knowing if the one starting the chapter is a kook
or a spook.
Just because someone was to
even start a C.R.E.S.T. chapter and wear a hat that says C.R.E.S.T on the front of it and then decides to go out and
be a serial shooter or bomb a building, that is to have no reflection on the C.R.E.S.T. organization anymore than a soldier
in the US Miltary or a policeman doing the same and then blaming the whole organization.
A person's C.R.E.S.T membership is continous, based upon the member's
adherence to the C.R.E.S.T. Charter and Bylaws. If a member acts outside the By-laws, his/her membership has become
null and void since the moment before he or she commited any act that would bring discredit or shame to our organization.
